Our Madagascar Green Peppercorn Cheese is produced with carefully selected green
peppercorns from the Island of Madagascar that impart a mildly spicy, exotic flavour to this
cheese. It is excellent in a salad or sandwich and is a great addition to any cheese platter.
It is also great melted on a steak or burger. It pairs very well with white wine.
