BOTHWELL created this exquisite cheese by infusing its finest aged white cheddar with “Old Vines Foch“, an intense, full bodied red wine, complex in character and superbly handcrafted by Quails' Gate Estate Winery in the Okanagan Valley. Unique in flavour and appearance with veins of dark red wine, this cheese is stunning on its own, and a compliment to any cheese presentation.
It is exceptional when melted on a steak or in French Onion Soup.
