How is it used?

When we began producing this fruit rich jam, we used it as a fruit preserve-mostly for breakfast with bread and butter, as a topping on waffles with fresh whipped cream and in pastries. Our consumers find that it perfectly complements their cheese selections… with Celebrity International Goat cheese and French bread, sharp Zerto Asiago, or with fresh fruit and blue cheese. A very popular recipe is sandwiching fig spread between two slices of Brie cheese. The taste marriage between the Fig Spread & Cheeses comes together very nicely.
